1. General
There is no refund for change of mind 24 hours after purchase on our website https://randomcreativ.com.au

2. Faulty Items
We will provide a refund or replacement (if available) for items that are genuinely faulty or not as described. To request a refund or replacement for a faulty item, please contact us at randomcre8tiv@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving your item, providing clear photographic evidence of the fault and your proof of purchase. We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the faulty item. Once the faulty item is received and verified, we will process your refund or replacement. Please note due to the handcrafted and unique nature of our porcelain and glass artworks, minor variations in colour and finish are not considered defects. These variations celebrate the individuality of each piece. In the case of a major manufacturing defect (which is not from wear and tear or improper use), we can repair or replace the piece free of charge.

3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged during transit by Australia Post, unless transit insurance has been purchased by the customer. Please see shipping policy. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind 24 hours after you have purchased. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged by the customer.

4. Australian Consumer Law
Our Refund Policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty items.
