- Our Commitment - At Random Creativ, we take great care in packaging our pieces to ensure their safe arrival.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Australia Post's processing and delivery schedules.
- Shipment to P.O. Boxes - Random Creative ships to P.O. boxes and street addresses within Australia and worldwide.
- Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number, sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes - Random Creativ is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applied to your order. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, VAT in the UK).
- Transit Insurance and Damages - For added protection against damage or loss during transit, we strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance. If you would like to add transit insurance to your order, please contact us at randomcre8tiv@gmail.com before placing your order. We will provide you with the cost of insurance and add it to your total. We will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit if transit insurance was not purchased. If you receive your order damaged: Immediately contact the shipment carrier (Australia Post) to file a claim. Notify us immediately at randomcre8tiv@gmail.com so we can assist you with the process. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Provide photographic evidence of the damaged parcel. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by Australia Post during transit, as we have provided you with the option to have your item insured. We will however assist in the claim process.
